There's a passive decision our, children always seem to teach nothing is beyond our reach... but sometimes we forget who we once were, and if we ask, we see our children walk like us... without the mask, and they just say, I put, one foot, in front of the other foot, With nothing to hold me, just like YOU told me, And one day I'm gonna-be a bigger me, like you! if I can just unfold me. and sometimes if you re-create your smaller self then in that state you're gonna find that perfect balance, built-in-to your nature, cause there's a gravity, to the human condition, stepping forward on a mission moving with a uniform devotion... Reaching from the rhythm of the womb out to the rhythm of the ocean- See how far you've come since then, And you can go that far again. cause there's a message in that motion, That child is, saying, every, time I, pick myself up off the floor, I will rise a little more,! blow the fucking hinges off the door. cause I see you and I know, that there's a single pulse to every story, every verse, one love. one cradle. rocking the universe. And I may be frightened, you may fall, but I'll still be there to watch your crawl, become a pounding sprint, running... way off the path, to be that - loving -- warrior from a raw beginner. You'll summit life, and when your inner, Child's cry has risen to a WORLD-SHAKING scream, You'll say, the only thing I did overnight... was dream ...
